The flavors in our Dill and Lemon-Grilled Salmon are classics, and it’s for good reason. A thick filet of salmon is dressed in fresh dill and a slice of lemon that lend their subtle flavors during the sous vide cooking process. Taking this dish to new places are the side dishes. First, we have the fresh and slightly spicy flavor of a pea and wasabi puree, and on the other side of the plate you’ll enjoy a curry cauliflower.
